We have established the FunPalau Travel Service Center within the hotel, equipped with a fleet of 9 buses for airport transfers and sightseeing tours. In addition, we offer a wide range of water activity equipment, including several Yamaha twin-engine speedboats imported from Japan, jet skis, starlight boats, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards (SUP), and banana boats. Whether you're planning an ocean snorkeling trip or a land excursion, we provide everything you need for a comprehensive and enjoyable experience.
To ensure smooth communication and excellent service, we have recruited professional tour guides from Taiwan who are fluent in both Chinese and English. Each guide holds valid international lifeguard and diving certifications, as well as a licensed Palau tour guide certificate — offering you personalized, professional, and safe service throughout your journey.
